We also have a division for individuals 36 and older who can be a part of the movement via our Y.E.N. plus division.
We attract entrepreneurs from all walks of life and introduce them to the Y.E.N. opportunity. We mentor, motivate, and inspire them to think, dream, and take action in pursuit of turning their dreams into a reality.
We train extensively on professionalism and image. This is all done while leading by example for the generation behind us as well as ahead of us. The Y.E.N. was started by a young man named Daryl D. Kingston, (aka Y.G.) who has been retired from Corporate America since the age of 24. Daryl is currently 30 years old with a dynamic background in network marketing. He is an outstanding young entrepreneur, mentor, presenter, visionary, trainer and inspirational speaker, which has propelled him to become a Consultant and National Trainer in the industry. As a young top producer in the Free Enterprise Industry, Daryl was able to walk away from Corporate America within his first year of networking. He began his pursuit in entrepreneurship at a young age. During this period, throughout his successful accomplishments as a youth in business, he recognized many entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-35 who were not succeeding, not even close to the level he was. He began to do research on why and discovered there were many reasons. Daryl then set out on a quest to develop a concept to help fill those voids, thus creating the Y.E.N. Movement to help increase the success rate of young entrepreneurs worldwide. During the three years of the development stage, Daryl has consulted with a wide range of small and big businesses all across the globe, which led to a high demand for the official launch of the Y.E.N. Movement.
