The Events Planning Department, PLANNING VENTURES is one of the many multifaceted groups within the Young Entrepreneurs Network (YEN) Movement. This department does more than just plan programs, but we create, organize, execute, and supervise every element of an event, meeting, and many other types of special occasions. Within the YEN we facilitate and coordinate various types of venues such as, social gatherings, conferences and meetings that allow us to educate, train, and promote our multiple streams of income producing opportunities to other business associates. The task of event planning is fun, dynamic, and always exhilarating.

In this department we pride in making all of the events that we plan a reflection of our uniqueness. We utilize our creative skills to develop amazing, entertaining, and fun-filled events. If you are the type that likes constant change and want to escape the every-day mundane boredom of routine acts, this would be the perfect department for you. At any given moment on any given day event planners or coordinators are juggling a number of completely different projects simultaneously. Great time management & multi-tasking is the key to our success here. But not forget that excellent customer service skills are the blood line for a successful events department. These are just some of the great traits that will help enhance our business. The Y.E.N. Administration Department consists of several dynamic young ladies! Headed by the fascinating Director Mrs. Dureka Agboka (YEN Enchantress), and the remarkable Assistant Director, Ms. Shire Cannady (YEN First Lady), this department is comprised of the most welcoming and professional group within the Y.E.N. Aiding in the success and daily functions of this department is the remarkable Shavonne George (YEN Rhodie), Administration Secretary, and the amazing team of department representatives Roderica Jewel-Goss (Re-Re) and Tiesha Hughes (Byrd). The Y.E.N. Administration Department supplies the entire back office of the Y.E.N. Movement. From the daily interview process of new registrants, promotions within the movement and being a liaison between all departments within the movement, the Administration Department does it all!

The Administrative Department of the Y.E.N. Movement operates in a professional, but family like manner. The leaders and members of this department are firm and direct, while being approachable and helpful. Often, this department is the initial and consistant point of contact for new agents from 18-35 years old, offering guidance and support in a dynamic and youthful, yet always professional posture. This department truly fuses the social and business aspects of the entire movement. Any registrant or new House of Representatives member looking for a department home should definitely consider the "Admin" Department if they are sociable, goal oriented, and work well without direct supervision. The ideal candidate for addition to this department will be great at time management and always carry a business like decorum. Also, being a part of this department means family atmosphere and new friends!! The Administration Department of the Y.E.N. movement has definitely achieved the balance between work and fun. Y.E.N Travel Department was created in 2009 for the travel purposes of the Young Entrepreneurs Network. We arrange all travel needs for conventions, meetings, and various events. This department has a strong focus on the travel industry. With on going training and advancements within the industry the Y.E.N Travel Department is very knowledgeable of these improvements. This department provides any insight available to help everyone better assist their clients. Our goal for the future is to put together the most creative and enjoyable Y.E.N. DreamTrips available.

Welcome to YEN Plus, an extension of the Y.E.N. (Young Entrepreneurs Network). Y.E.N. Plus is comprised of professional business owners over the age of 36. Becoming a part of Y.E.N. Plus is an extraordinary step to creating balance, mentorship and structured support for our Young Entrepreneurs. Your wisdom and guidance is so much needed within the Y.E.N. organization. The path to entrepreneurship may incur many obstacles that may be new to our youth and we need a specialized group of professionals to be available to assist them.

The Future Yens Division is the preliminary platform of the Y.E.N. or the Young Entrepreneurship Network. It focuses on the age group of 18-25 by developing the leadership qualities and skills of the young businessmen and women necessary to building a successful entrepreneurial business.

By focusing on young men and women who are still in college, working full-time or part-time jobs, the Future Yens takes the drive and ambition of the young people and helps them become CEOs of their own entrepreneurial empire.

The Future Yens Division nurtures the GO GETTA, MONEY HUNGRY, SELF DRIVEN individuals of society by tapping into their inner Entrepreneur/ CEO, and Innovatively Educating them on How They Can generate not only an ACCEPTIONAL income but an ASTOUNDING wealth through being the CEO of their own entrepreneurial endeavor.
